Welcome to Thursday Things, where you might find a rant, a rave, a question, or just about anything else! Let’s scrounge around in the junk drawer of my brain and see what we can find!
As a writer, I’m often trying to convey every aspect of a scene. This absolutely includes smell! The way a place smells can make a huge impact on how we feel about it. Books are probably my favorite smell, both new and old. I also love the smell of coffee, so I guess this just makes me a basic writer nerd. 🙂
What are your favorite smells?

there is a famous novel about smells by Patrick Süskind “Perfume”, it’s filmed too. Worth eading.

I love the smell of cherry blossom. Plus, you know spring is well on the way. 🙂
