Tarot Tuesday! Pick Your Card from Shadowscapes Tarot

It’s time once again for Tarot Tuesday! The energy of Monday is cleared away, and it’s time to look toward the rest of the week.

This week’s pull is from Shadowscapes Tarot by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law and Barbara Moore. It’s a beautifully illustrated deck with a guidebook that reads like a fantasy novel.

If you’re interested in a reading of your own, please see the bottom of this post or come visit me on eBay.

Study the photo below and see which card calls to you (1, 2, or 3). You may want to know what the week holds for you in general, or you may have a specific question in mind. Regardless of what you want to know, let your spirit guide you on your card. You’ll find the cards and their meanings below.

#1 – The Sun: Things are good! Your love life is in order, your investments are paying off, your career is heading in the right direction, and family celebrations are probably coming your way. Joy, energy, and good health are all yours.

#2 – Knight of Wands: When it comes to pursuing your passions, you’re hurtling forward at breakneck speed. Some may see you as overconfident, but it’s only because they don’t see how thoroughly you understand your goal. Be careful of those whom you might unknowingly trample along the way.

#3 – Six of Pentacles: Things are in balance right now. This could be your finances, your health, or the way you communicate with others. Even if you feel that you’re in a good enough position to freely donate your resources to others, remember that even those who seem to be in lower places also help hold you up.

Which card did you pick? Did it mean anything for you? I’d love to know, so feel free to leave me a comment!

Tarot Tuesday: Pick Your Card from the Radiant Rider-Waite!

You’re done with the negative energy that’s so often associated with the beginning of the week. It’s time to see what the universe has in store for you now! This week’s pull is from the Radiant Rider-Waite deck by Avia Venefica. It’s essentially what’s thought of as a traditional tarot deck, but the illustrations have been recolored and remastered to give them new life. I highly recommend this deck and guide book! If you’re interested in a personal reading, please see the bottom of this post or visit me on eBay.

Study the picture below. If you have a question or situation you’re concerned about, hold that in the front of your mind as you choose your card. You can also simply pick the one that calls to you. When you’re ready, scroll down to find the meaning of your card.

#1 – The Hermit: The Hermit looks inside himself to become at peace with his mind and learn more along his spiritual journey. This is a time for you to do the same. Meditation, silence, or simply being alone may be very good for you right now.

#2 – Page of Swords: You or someone you know is about to receive good news. It will come quickly, and you’ll be in a good position to act fast on your next endeavor. The page engages with the future with youthful enthusiasm.

#3 – Three of Swords: You’ve experienced a misunderstanding, a betrayal, or hurt feelings. While that pierces your heart and makes life difficult for you, don’t let it get you down. This is the time to address those problems. Examine your love life for doubts, watch for people who might be trying to take your position at work, and check your finances for long-term solutions.

Which card did you pick? What did it mean for you? I’d love to know, so feel free to leave a comment.

Tarot Tuesday! Pick Your Card from The Dragon Oracle

It’s Tuesday, and that means it’s time to check the cards and see what we need to know for the rest of the week.

This week’s pull is from The Dragon Oracle deck by Diana Cooper. I love dragons, so this is one of my favorite oracle decks!

If you’re interested in a reading of your own, please see the bottom of this post or come find me on eBay.

Study the photo below and see which card calls to you (1, 2, or 3). You may want to know what the week holds for you in general, or you may have a specific question in mind. Regardless of what you want to know, let your spirit guide you on your card. You’ll find the cards and their meanings below.

#1 – Black Dragon: Ideas–just like plants–need a safe place to grow. Right now is the time to calm down and relax your mind so that you can become the person you’re meant to be. Find a safe, dark space where the Black Dragon can protect you from the outside world so that you can grow and develop into something new.

#2 – Air and Water Dragon: This is a card about psychic and spiritual development. It’s not just found in one place, which is why it’s so important to get a new perspective on everything you’re seeing. There are times when we must listen to logic and reason, but right now it’s time to pay attention to your intuition and spiritual knowledge. It’s growing, and it’s only going to continue to grow the more you use it.

#3 – Gold and Silver Violet Flame Dragon: There’s an aspect of your life that’s no longer serving you, and it’s time to let go of it. Let it transform into something new and wonderful, something that you truly need as you continue your journey through life. This is also a good time for service work. If you’re considering some sort of volunteer position, it’s a good time to move forward with that.

Which card did you pick? Did it mean anything for you? I’d love to know, so feel free to leave me a comment!

Tarot Tuesday! Pick Your Card from The Good Tarot

It’s time once again for Tarot Tuesday to see what the rest of the week holds for us!

This week’s pull is from The Good Tarot by Colette Baron-Reid. These cards are just gorgeous and have so much energy when I’m working with them!

#1 – King of Air: The suit of Air is all about the mind, and the King of this suit is here to remind you how important it is to hold intellect and logic over passion and instinct. Now is the time to look at facts, not feelings. It isn’t always easy to know which part of ourselves to follow, but right now true wisdom is found through the brain instead of the heart.

#2 – Ten of Fire: Your passions have burned brightly, but something you’ve been working on has come to completion. It may be a physical project or a journey of the heart, but you’ve achieved all you can with it. Now you need to let those passions burn up and make way for new ones.

#3 – King of Water: The King of Water is the ultimate authority over relationships, family, and creativity. You may have an older male relative who’s trying to guide you in the right direction. This card could also represent you, reminding you to listen diplomatically to all the voices around you and take them into consideration.

Which card did you pick? Did it mean anything for you? I’d love to know, so feel free to leave me a comment!

Signed Book: Always Darkest by Jess and Keith Flaherty

What’s better than buying a signed book? Winning one!

I was fortunate enough to win a signed copy of Always Darkest at a release party on Facebook way back in 2017. That was kind of a terrible year for me, so a free book wasn’t unwelcome!

I have a special shelf for all my signed books, so it was a delight to add such a good one to it! You can find my review of it here.

Do you have any signed books? I have more I’ll be sharing in the coming months, but I’d love to hear about yours!
