Signed Book: True Jaguar by Warren Norwood

Even though I’m still working through my Bookshelf Cleanout, there are some books that simply won’t be leaving my shelves anytime soon. Some of my favorites are those that’ve been signed by the author, of course! While I don’t have any amazing stories about meeting a famous writer, these books still mean a lot to me.

You may have seen my recent post about building my Warren Norwood collection with The Windhover Tapes. I’m currently obsessed with old sci-fi, and bonus points if it’s out of print! I scored this signed book on eBay for only six bucks.

I particularly love the way it was signed. I don’t know if this was for some sort of giveaway or if perhaps the author had a feeling this book would wander around until it got to me, but I love it!

Do you have any signed books? I have more I’ll be sharing in the coming months, but I’d love to hear about yours!

  1. Dear Ashley
we collect signed books as well. But this is a very special signature.
We got a lot of first editions signed and with dedication from authors, some of them we know personally. Nevertheless, even in charity shops, we found some signed copies.
We once visited the Bert Brecht’s former apartment in Berlin. In his library, nearly every book was signed and most of them with a personal dedication.
    Thanks for telling us
