Signed Book: Soul Catcher by Frank Herbert

Even though I’m still working through my Bookshelf Cleanout, there are some books that simply won’t be leaving my shelves anytime soon. Some of my favorites are those that’ve been signed by the author, of course! While I don’t have any amazing stories about meeting a famous writer, these books still mean a lot to me.

Soul Catcher came to me completely by accident. I was in a used bookstore, and I’d recently read the Dune series. I didn’t know a thing about this book, but being by the same author and only $1.55 was enough for me. In fact, I might’ve paid even less than that if I was trading books in that day.

I didn’t even realize it was signed until I got home, and I absolutely hit the ceiling with excitement! I couldn’t believe anyone would get rid of a book like this. I even love that he struck out the print version of his name before signing it. This all happened when I was a teenager, and I’ve managed to hold onto this book ever since.

Do you have any signed books? I have more I’ll be sharing in the coming months, but I’d love to hear about yours!
